Before You Begin

1. Emergency roadside environment

This is a demo environment designed for an emergency roadside situation. So imagine you are on the side of the road and require a tow truck.

2. Yes, you can break it

This Thinking Machine is designed specifically for roadside assistance use cases. Our conversational design team studied existing customer calls and designed a flow to match typical behavior. It is not designed to answer questions like ‘Who won the 1984 Super Bowl?’ or other random, non-related inquiries.

How to Use

1. 6-Digit member ID

You’ll be asked for your 6-digit membership number. This can be any six numbers. The objective is to show our ability to handle numeric collection with high accuracy and confidence.

2. Address for service

You’ll be asked what the address is where the vehicle is located. You can use any address or the TM can send you an SMS with a GPS locator to pinpoint your location.

3. Your vehicle

You’ll be asked for your vehicle make and model. We recommend using your own vehicle or have some fun and use your dream car.

4. Talk naturally

You’ll be able to speak naturally without using keywords just like you would to an agent to show the flexible and seamless customer experience with the Thinking Machine.
